Intranet Name & URL

When you subscribe you get your own, unique, simple-to-remember web address. That's all your users need to remember to access your intranet from anywhere. You choose the name of the intranet, which appears at the top of your site, and on internal intranet communications.

What's New

When a new member, document, or discussion message is added, or when a document is changed, it automatically shows up in the What's New section of your home page. New documents are flagged with a to differentiate them from documents that have just been changed. New members and documents stay in What's New for seven days; new discussions for three days.

Colour Schemes

The administrator can customize the look and feel of the intranet by choosing from over a dozen different colour schemes. Select a colour scheme that matches your corporate identity or your project theme.

Page Layout

As the administrator, you determine which features appear in your intranet and where. Put the features you use most often at the top of your home page where you can maintain easy access to it. You can customize the features that appear on the home page, the order in which the features appear, and the number of days that appear on your home page calendar.

Home Page Message

To reinforce your group's identity you can customize the top of your intranet home page with a message of your choice. You can also customize your own home page message and images to greet your members, using the rich text editor. You can copy and paste formatted text and pictures or create your own rich text messages from scratch. Font sizes and colours, margin settings, links, even tables and pictures will all appear right in your intranet.
