Document Manager

Sharing documents in one central location is essential to keeping everyone on the same page. With the frenzINET intranets Document Manager, you can easily and safely share key documents with colleagues. The Document Manager is integrated with Drag and Drop functionality, enabling you to access your documents through the familiar Windows environment you use every day. With Drag and Drop, you can save documents from any Microsoft Office 2000 application directly to your intranet.

Online Calendar

The Online Calendar informs everyone about the when, where, and what for key meetings and events. The Calendar keeps your group up-to-date by displaying the schedule at a glance. You can schedule personal or group-wide events, set email reminders for events, synchronize your Calendar with Palm® device or Outlook®, and even access them from a web-enabled phone.

Members Directory

The Members Directory is the online directory of your intranet members. Members are the people who have been granted access to your intranet by an administrator. They can access virtually all parts of the intranet and can typically post information there, too. All of your members are listed in the Member Directory, along with job titles, phone and fax numbers, email and street addresses. You can update the information quickly from anywhere and sync the directory with your Palm® device and Outlook® or access members from your web-enabled mobile phone.

Contacts Directory

The Contacts Directory stores contact information about members, friends, associates — or anyone. You can share important phones numbers and email addresses among your group, search for a contact by first or last name, send email to a selection of contacts, post a photo of each contact for easier recognition and even synchronize your contact list with your Palm® device or Outlook®!

Group Polling

Group Polling is a great way to make decisions, establish consensus, or just get a read on what your group is thinking. Post a poll and graphically watch the results tabulate. When you open a poll, each member you choose receives an email notification, asking them to vote. You can create single- or multi-answer polls, hold private or group-wide polls, and choose from several results notification options.

Palm/Outlook Synchronization

Synchronization allows you to import or export contact, calendar, and task information to and from your intranet from your Palm® device or Outlook®. If you already have contact information in Microsoft Outlook®, for example, you can import it directly into your intranet, making it available to other members of your site — without re-typing.
